Supplies Department
Job description:
Perform general administrative tasks of the Department (timekeeping, archiving, document editing, payment procedures for internal expenses, summarizing KPIs).
Support to make payment records as required (Disbursement records, processing records...).
Receive, update data, check and monitor economic contracts.
Compose and store incoming and outgoing documents.
Forecasting, controlling internal expenses, stationery costs, internal expenses.
Carry out internal payment procedures of the Department.
Summarize the department's KPIs.
Preparing for the briefing session.
Perform information processing on the E-Office system.
Manage and request supplies and stationery of the Department.
Making, receiving, managing and monitoring contract performance.
Contact customers to discuss contract delivery.
Prepare payment vouchers for contracts arising on a daily basis.
Perform duties as requested by the Head of Materials Department, Director.
Coordinate with company departments to process general information of the company.

Experience/Skills
Graduating from college or higher.
General Administration/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Statistics…
At least 1 year experience in administrative position, general secretary.
Foreign language: Communicative English (equivalent to level B).
Computer: Proficient in office computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Email and specialized software.
Skills in working with people: + Ability to plan, prioritize, manage work and complete the plan. + Clear, precise and effective presentation skills make the audience receptive. Know how to communicate information to superiors. + Time Management Skills: Know how to manage your own time. + Ability to work independently and in groups. Skills in working with data/metrics: + Accurately observe, collect and process available information. + The ability to observe, read, hear, understand information and transform it into useful information in written form. + Perform simple tasks with a high degree of proficiency and precision.
Proficient use of office equipment.
Text editing skills; Maintain records and documents.
