1. On-site Operation Supervision:

Communicate operational requirements from Site Manager to Operator/Signalman/Rigger.

Monitor SPMT operation according to technical method.

Remind, instruct SOP compliance and risk control.

2. Equipment Technical Management:

Support assembly, configuration of SPMT (module, PPU, hydraulic, steering mode).

Inspect equipment before/during/after operation.

Report & coordinate troubleshooting.

Monitor hydraulic pressure, load, controls, oil level.

Supervise cleaning & preventive maintenance.

Participate in scheduled service.

Handle common failures (remote, steering, sensors, imbalance, oil leakage, etc.).

3. On-site Training and Coaching:

Coach new Operators/Signalmen/Riggers.

Provide basic inspections training.

Provide common issue troubleshooting guidance.

4. Operation Workforce Coordination:

Allocate operation/lashing personnel.

Monitor performance.

Update planning changes.

5. Safety and Quality (HSE/QA/QC):

Monitor HSE compliance, PPE, lock-out/tag-out.

Inspect ground conditions.

Supervise high-risk operations (load-in/load-out, module rotation).

6. Reporting & Customer Coordination:

Prepare daily reports.

Coordinate with client representatives on site.

Provide quick updates for tracking progress.

Working hours: 08:00 – 17:15, Monday to Saturday – Saturday working hours: 08:00 – 12:00 or flexible depending on the project.

Working location: 238, 3/2 Street, Hoa Hung Ward (former District 10), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and projects as directed by the company;

Male (aged 30 to 50), Good health.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.

Minimum 2–3 years in SPMT or hydraulic trailer operation/supervision.

Experience in load-in/out, module transport, module rotation, jacking/skidding preferred.

Certificates or training in SPMT operation are an advantage.

Understanding of SPMT structure & operation principles.

Familiar with pre-during-post operation inspections.

Able to read basic drawings, travel paths, turning radius.

Understand technical safety standards for heavy equipment.

Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems.

Knowledge of hook-up installation.

Manufacturer-approved training certificate preferred.

Office computer skills; English.

SPMT Operator License; Team supervision.

Field communication.

Basic troubleshooting.

Use of checklists and operation logs.

Ability to work under pressure.
